All New merchandise comes with the Original Manufacturer Limited Parts Warranty with every purchase. The warranty period, coverage, and exclusions are different by brand and component. Please contact your sales representative to inquire about Original Manufacturer warranty specifics and exclusions.

Extended Warranty Coverage Options & Add-Ons:

BF Electronic Advantage Plan (2 Year Parts & Labor Extended Warranty Coverage)

• The BF Electronic Advantage Plan is an additional and optional charge available on most electronic games sold by Billiard Factory and must be charged at the original date of purchase and is in addition to the original manufacturer's warranty when applicable.
• Valid for up to 2 years from the date of original delivery/installation, and only eligible with Billiard Factory's White Glove Installation.
• Only eligible when purchased, delivered, installed, and remains within a local Billiard Factory market; typically identified as being within 20 miles of a Billiard Factory retail store location.
• Includes labor for electronics brought back to a Billiard Factory store or warehouse. A Billiard Factory representative will assist in troubleshooting/repairing remotely; at your physical residence; or in some cases pick up and transport to an authorized repair location for further diagnosis at no cost to you. Most electronic game manufacturers do not offer any type of labor warranty services.
• Includes the original manufacturer's warranty when applicable, plus additional hardware protection coverage for most circuit boards, monitors, displays, buttons, track-balls, joysticks, flippers, steering wheels, pedals, power supplies and power cords.
• Restrictions and Exclusions:
  • Electronics used in a commercial environment (All warranties are void).
  • Anything identified as being misused or abused in any way along with cosmetic damage whatsoever; including but not limited to cracked cabinets, cracked screens, glass breakage, monitor adjustments, dents, and graphics on wrappings (All warranties are void).
  • Damage caused by shipping, moving, being dropped, or knocked over (All warranties are void).
  • Damage caused by anyone attempting to work on or repair other than persons authorized by Billiard Factory (All warranties are void).
  • Damage caused by nature; including but not limited to floods, rain, wind, lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, and storms (All warranties are void).
  • Damage caused by falling trees, roof/ceiling collapse, electrical surges and related voltage spikes, water leaks and pipe damage (All warranties are void).
  • Damage caused by the failure to follow instructions, and damage caused by accidental or intentional negligence (All warranties are void).
  • Cannot be resold or transferred to anyone other than the original purchaser.
  • Does not cover As-Is, clearance, or closeout items.
